Two Pakistani nationals deported on arriving at BIA

Two Pakistani nationals have been deported on arriving at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA).

Immigration department officials said that the two Pakistani nationals had been deported as they did not have valid documents to visit Sri Lanka.

Officials also said that among the two was a Pakistani who had converted to Christianity and claimed he faced persecution in his country.
